How can I tell if my S-60EZA is a S-61EZ or just an S-60EZA?

The distinguishing feature on these two models is the motor as that is the only difference between the two. The S61EZ has the name TONE in raised letters and vent holes on either side of the brush caps under the cushion rubber. If these are not visible on the outside of the motor, then the tool has a S-60EZA motor and is therefore a S-60EZA.

Are my sockets for the S90EZ/GS91EZ interchangeable with the S-110EZ/GS-111EZ tools? Every tool?

The S-60EZA and S-61EZ are interchangeable. The S-90EZ and GS-91EZ are interchangeable and the S110EZ and GS-111EZ are interchangeable. All other sockets for the shear wrenches are specific to the models.

My tips are not ejecting from the inner socket. Why?

This can happen for several reasons. It could be that your inner socket is worn and is not functioning properly. It could be a worn ejector spring or ejector pin. If you are installing galvanized bolts you may need an oversized inner socket to fix this problem. It could be that the latch and ejector system inside the tool is worn.

Does my shear wrench need to be calibrated?

No, shear wrenches do not have any settings for calibration. TC bolts are calibrated and come with mill certificates to prove calibration.
