What Is Merch Madness?
Merch Madness is a customer appreciation promotion throughout the month of March. Customers who place orders will be entered into weekly prize drawings with a chance to win branded merchandise and tools. At the end of March, one grand prize winner will be randomly selected from the pool of weekly winners.

Place an order. Earn entries. Win merch.

How to Enter
Customers (or designated company contacts) who place a qualifying order during the promotion period will automatically receive entries based on total order value.

Qualifying orders include all:

  • Purchases
  • Rentals
  • Service orders

No additional action is required to enter. However, winners must consent to being announced publicly before prizes are awarded.

Entry Tiers
Entries are awarded based on total order value:

  • $1–$1,000 = 1 entry
  • $1,001–$2,000 = 2 entries
  • $2,001–$3,000 = 3 entries
  • Entries continue at 1 additional entry for every $1,000 spent

For example:

  • $4,500 order = 5 entries
  • $7,200 order = 8 entries

Entries are calculated based on the total order amount and rounded up to the nearest $1,000 increment. Each qualifying order earns entries. Multiple orders placed during the promotion period will receive separate entries.

Promotion Period
Merch Madness runs March 1 through March 31.

  • Weekly drawings will be held each Friday afternoon during March.
  • Three (3) winners will be randomly selected each week.
  • One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at the end of the month from all weekly winners.

Prizes
Weekly Prizes (3 winners per week)
Winners will receive one randomly selected prize from the following:

  • Sweatshirt
  • T-shirt
  • Mug + pen
  • Manual torque wrench

Grand Prize (1 winner)
Chosen at the end of March

  • Impact wrench
  • Small toolbox

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified directly and will be announced on our social media platforms. If a selected winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Eligibility
Open to customers and authorized company contacts who place qualifying orders during the promotion period. Must be 18 years or older.

General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Allow their name and company name to be used for promotional purposes (with permission).
  • Release the company from liability related to participation or prize use.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if necessary.
