Since our beginning in 1976 GWY has been the global leader specializing in the sales, rental and repair of TC Wrenches for Tension Control Bolts (TC Bolts). To satisfy the requirements of hex head bolt users, Electric Torque Control Wrenches (STC Series & SR Series) and Torque Multipliers for standard Hex Head Bolts were added to our product line in the 80s. Realizing the increased demand for "Turn of Nut" applications, GWY introduced the TN Series wrenches for bridge and steel construction in 2005. The TN (Turn of Nut) Series wrenches use the "Angle of Rotation" method of tensioning bolt assemblies - rather than torque. In 2008, we complemented our line of tools with the addition of a digital torque indicator and new for 2010, we are introducing a new manual torque multiplier.
